A new, more dangerous form of zombie will be making a debut appearance in Zombieland: Double Tap according to the film's director, Ruben Fleischer.

In an interview with Fandango, Fleischer described how, since the first film, Tallahassee and the gang have began to feel less threatened by the undead. However, these new zombies, which have been dubbed T-800s after the type of android portrayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator, are sure keep our heroes on their toes.

"These T-800s are much more dangerous, threatening form of zombie," said Fleischer. "For the first time, I think our heroes feel like they're in true jeopardy because of this newly evolved form of zombie"

Fleischer also mentioned the heroes have began naming the types of zombies we've already seen. The especially dumb zombies are being called "Homers," while the more sneaky ones have earned the title of "Ninjas."

In addition to the new types of zombies, several new characters will be joining Tallahassee, Wichita, Columbus and Little Rock in Double Tap. Included in the cast will be Rosario Dawson, Luke Wilson, Zoey Deutch, Thomas Middleditch and Avan Jogia.
