It's time to nut up or shut up, as Sony Pictures Entertainment dropped the first official trailer for Zombieland: Double Tap.

In the follow-up to Ruben Fleischer's 2009 zombie comedy, the whole gang is back for another adventure at the end of the world. This time, returning stars Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin are joined by the likes of Zoey Deutch, Rosario Dawson, Luke Wilson and Thomas Middleditch.

It's been nearly a decade since Fleischer and Deapool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick cashed in on the well-worn zombie genre, but by the looks of the trailer, they still have plenty to say on the subject.

Fan-favorites Tallahassee, Columbus, Wichita and Little Rock have set up shop in the abandoned White House, but are soon met by even more survivors. With tensions running high, they also have a new breed of evolved zombie to do battle with.

According to the official film synopsis,

A decade after Zombieland became a hit film and a cult classic, the lead cast (Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Abigail Breslin, and Emma Stone) have reunited with director Ruben Fleischer (Venom) and the original writers Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick (Deadpool) for Zombieland: Double Tap. In the sequel, written by Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick and Dave Callaham, through comic mayhem that stretches from the White House and through the heartland, these four slayers must face off against the many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family.

As the trailer reminds fans, "Life is about more than just survival," but not everything can last forever. There's a new love interest for Breslin's Little Rock, Dawson's Nevada looks like she could be a match for Harrelson's Tallahassee and fans are surely looking for another A-list cameo on a par with Bill Murray's Zombieland cameo -- and all that is before even start discussing the ravenous zombies.

Zombieland: Double Tap hits theaters on October 18.
