New The Falcon and the Winter Solider photos give a clear look at the series' villain, Zemo.The photos come courtesy of the unofficial Marvel News Twitter account and are the first stills of Daniel Brühl's nefarious Zemo on set. The photos also showcase Bucky (Sebastian Stan's) new Wakandan arm, which was briefly glimpsed in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
Brühl was the central antagonist of Captain America: Civil War, while Stan and Anthony Mackie have appeared in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films. Also returning for the new show is Emily VanCamp's Sharon Carter. A hugely prominent character in Captain America comics, VanCamp's on-screen portrayal of Agent 13 only briefly appeared in Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War.
Aside from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Disney+ also has WandaVision, Loki, Hawkeye, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, Moon Knight and What If...? in development.
Directed by Kari Skogland, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier stars Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Emily VanCamp, Wyatt Russell and Daniel Brühl and will be available on Disney+ in fall 2020.
