Screen Junkies is back with an all-new Honest Trailer, this time taking on the controversial movie, "Watchmen."

The graphic novel is one of the most acclaimed comic book series of all time, even ranking as one of Time's top 100 novels. Co-creator/writer Alan Moore repeatedly stated that he didn't think it could be adapted into a movie, but director Zack Snyder took on the challenge, the result of which was released in theaters in 2009

Seven years later, the movie remains a controversial one, so Honest Trailers looks at how the movie is crammed with too many plotlines, too many symbols and references, and way too much of Dr. Manhattan's, uh, lower Manhattan. They also explore how "Man of Steel" and "Batman v Superman" owe a great debt to Snyder's "Watchmen," for better or worse.
