Director Zack Snyder appeared on "Conan" to discuss his batmobile redesign for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," confirming that his incarnation of the vehicle was created by Bruce Wayne himself.

"So the cool thing about our batmobile is it's purposefully built by Bruce Wayne to be the batmobile," Snyder told O'Brien. "It allows it to be slightly 'battier.'"

Compared to the batmobile in Christopher Nolan's trilogy -- which was designed to be a military vehicle -- Snyder's batmobile was created for the purpose of true "battiness."

Snyder also remarked about his request on set to stand on the batmobile -- just like Superman does in the film -- which was turned down because of the car's actually fragile frame.
