Justice League director Zack Snyder has unveiled another truly heroic project: a fundraiser for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
The Batman v. Superman director tweeted an image of a special Justice League shirt, the proceeds from which will go to the AFSP. The shirt is dense with references both to DC on non-DC mythos, featuring insignias from each of the Justice League members as well Biblical, Greek and Latin symbols that fans are already analyzing. The back features a quotation from writer Joseph Campbell: "All the gods, all the heavens, all the hells are within you."

The campaign was launched by ForSnyderCut.com last July, a site started by fans wanting to see Zack Snyder's original vision for Justice League. Snyder left part way through filming Justice League after his daughter took her own life. Avengers director Joss Whedon then took over the directorial chair. Since then, the campaign has used the hashtag #5for5 to raise money through $5 donations to AFSP.
