Director Zack Snyder has shared a line of dialogue from Martian Manhunter, who is set to appear in his cut of Justice League.Snyder shared a photo on Twitter of a flying Cyborg, his face entirely covered by his suit, with Martian Manhunter's words, "There's a war coming," written in yellow over the image. The image itself is not new -- it has appeared in trailers for Snyder's cut of the movie. What's new is the dialogue, which both teases the introduction of Martian Manhunter and suggests the imminent danger that is to befall our heroes.RELATED: New Justice League Synopsis Hypes Darkseid and DeSaad's Arrival

Snyder has confirmed the introduction of this new character, recently sharing the character design for the DC hero who will be played by Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice star Harry Lennix. The scenes shot by Lennix for Justice League will reveal that his character General Calvin Swanwick was secretly the DC hero Martian Manhunter.

These scenes were apart of Snyder's original plans for the film, as the director had also confirmed in October 2019 that the theatrical cut of 2017's Justice League originally included Martian Manhunter, along with the twist that he was General Stanwick all along.

Snyder, who was originally attached to the 2017 project but was forced to step away and was subsequently replaced by Joss Whedon, recently confirmed via social media that his four-hour cut of Justice League has officially been completed.

Zack Snyder's Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon. The film arrives on HBO Max March 18.
