Zack Snyder has responded to a tweet critiquing the leaked trailer for his cut of Justice League."You said you enjoyed the theatrical cut of Justice League like you enjoy your Saturday morning cartoons… Well, this is made for grownups, so you’re not in the demographic. Also, cool of you to comment on a leaked teaser," Snyder said in a tweet. His comments were in reference to writer Scott Mendelson tweeting "So, that trailer for the Snyder Cut of JUSTICE LEAGUE looks like... the same movie? Lots of deleted scenes from the marketing campaign but otherwise it looks like alternate takes of existing scenes."RELATED: Justice League: Zack Snyder Teases FanDome Trailer With New Cyborg, Flash Footage

"All due respect why do you keep presuming I'm your enemy? Not every comment is 'thing good' or 'thing bad,'" Mendelson said in a tweet replying to Snyder's response.

The trailer for Zack Snyder's Justice League briefly leaked online before being taken down by copyright claims from Warner Bros. Footage in the trailer gave a glimpse into Snyder's original version of the movie, including a brand-new design for the character Steppenwolf. This trailer is scheduled to be officially released during a panel dedicated to Zack Snyder's Justice League at DC FanDome.

Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon. Zack Snyder's Justice League will premiere exclusively on HBO Max in 2021.
