Marvel's not the only film franchise that makes uses of cameos. Iconic Marvel creator Stan Lee has popped up in nearly every feature film based on a Marvel superhero property, and those cameos aren't so subtle. When Stan Lee pops up in a Marvel movie, you don't miss it. It turns out that the recent DC superhero films also have cameos -- although they're way more subtle than Stan's.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" cinematographer Larry Fong recently revealed via Twitter that "BvS" director Zack Snyder had a very small cameo in the film -- one that definitely went unnoticed by everyone that saw it.

Yep, Snyder's hands appear in the film, posing as the hands of Batman himself. The scene in question comes during the montage when Bruce Wayne investigates Superman. At one point, Bruce Wayne reaches for a cell phone -- and those hands are Snyder's.

Snyder's involvement with the DC movie-verse isn't done yet, either; he'll also be behind the camera for the two upcoming "Justice League" feature films. That means there could be more cameos in store for Snyder -- potentially featuring more than just his hands.

It's also been reported that the second "Justice League" film has been delayed slightly in order to make room for Ben Affleck's still mysterious "Batman" solo film.

Directed by Snyder, "Justice League" stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher and hits theaters on November 17, 2017.
