Dark Magician Girl is one of the most iconic monsters in all of Yu-Gi-Oh!, and she's quite a powerful one, too. 10 Take Her Down: Jigglypuff
This might seem surprising, but Jigglypuff would actually be able to take down Dark Magician Girl due to its singing abilities. While Dark Magician Girl is much faster than Jigglypuff, she wouldn't able to get any hits off before she was put to sleep with Jigglypuff's songs. From there, she's a few Double Slaps away from being destroyed.
9 She Could Defeat: Onix
Onix is fast, powerful, and huge, but Dark Magician Girl would be able to take it down. While her magic might not be able to affect it while underground, Onix is going to have to come up to attack eventually. As long as Dark Magician Girl is able to attack it quickly enough when it does burst up from the ground, she should be able to take the win. If Onix is quick enough, though, then she just might get taken out.
8 Take Her Down: Mew
One of the most powerful Psychic-types in existence, Mew is not even going to entertain Dark Magician Girl with the thought of winning a match against it. Mew is fast, knows every move in existence, and won't even need to take a hit from Dark Magician Girl, which it could if it needed to.
While Dark Magician Girl might be able to last for a good amount of time in a battle with Mew, there's simply not a chance that she's going to clinch a victory.
7 She Could Defeat: Scizor
Scizor is a nimble Pokémon that can deal massive amounts of damage, and Dark Magician Girl is going to be up against a serious threat here. Still, she should be able to take it on and win. See, once Dark Magician Girl figures out just what she's up against with Scizor, she just needs to craft a clever strategy with her magic that will win her the fight.
6 Take Her Down: Wobbuffet
If there's any Pokémon that Dark Magician Girl will be completely walled against, it's Wobbuffet. This Pokémon has a move called Mirror Coat that reflects all special attacking moves (in this case, magic) back at the user for double damage. This means that Dark Magician Girl will essentially destroy herself with her own attacks, and Wobbuffet won't even break a sweat during the fight.
5 She Could Defeat: Tropius
Tropius definitely looks like it could take a few hits and deal back considerable damage, sure, but the problem with Tropius is that nothing it is going to be able to do will be fast enough, Dark Magician Girl will be able to deflect or evade its hits with ease. If it has to get in close it will never reach her in time, and any sort of... banana beam that it is going to fire simply won't reach her in time. You've got to be fast if you want to take her on, and Tropius simply can't.
4 Take Her Down: Gardevoir
Gardevoir is a Psychic-type powerhouse, and it's pretty likely that it will be able to devise a strategy to take Dark Magician Girl down.
The thing is, Dark Magician Girl is strong, but Psychic-types are very smart, and Gardevoir would be able to figure out all of Dark Magician Girl's tricks. If Dark Magician Girl played her cards right, she might be able to barely take the win through quick sneak attacks, but even that is quite a stretch.
3 She Could Defeat: Tsareena
Tsareena might be the queen of kicks, but kicking Dark Magician Girl is simply out of the question. See, in order to Get Dark Magician Girl into a position in which she can be kicked? It isn't going to happen. Dark Magician's friend is going to be the sky, as she can hover above the battlefield. She'll never be in any sort of a position for Tsareena to deliver any hits, winning her this battle handily.
2 Take Her Down: Spiritomb
Spiritomb is a very spooky Ghost-type, any attempt that Dark Magician Girl would make to inflict damage upon it would just be futile. There's no way that she could take this Pokémon down.
While Spiritomb doesn't really have many notable tools to take Dark Magician Girl down itself, once she's worn out from trying to damage it, that's when it could strike her down to finish off the battle.
1 She Could Defeat: Sirfetch'd
Sirfetch'd is a strong Pokémon, one of the best that the Galar Region has to offer. However, it is physically strong, it's not a Pokémon that is going to be able to fight off the magical Dark Magician Girl. Its sword might be powerful, but she's never going to be in range for it to attack her. She'll evade as long as she wants before she decides to deliver a blow that will knock Sirfetch'd out.
