A pair of YouTubers have found a proverbial treasure trove of video games and gaming memorabilia.

Aimee and Korbin, who are YouTube resellers on their channel "Cheap Finds Gold Mines," uploaded a three-part vlog titled "HOARDER HOME SERIES" in which they uncover a multitude of rare video games, including a sealed copy of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker for Nintendo GameCube.

The series begins with Aimee and Korbin introducing themselves as full-time resellers, who visit yard sales, estate sales and other places, to find items that fetch a decent price to the right person. Korbin goes on to reveal that they will be visiting an estate sale, at the former home of a "collector/hoarder" to which Aimee adds that those words are "money to us."

As the pair reach the house, they're greeted by the brother of the former owner. The vloggers then explore the house and film another person who haggles with the previous owner’s brother to get a factory-sealed PlayStation 2 for $20 after initially offering him $10. According to Aimee and Korbin, this console was worth $650.

In part two of the series, the YouTubers discover their true goldmine when Korbin enters a room that has been locked for the last 20 years. He soon finds an incredible number of rare games and collectibles, including a factory-sealed Legend of Zelda Windwaker and Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, both of which sell for over $200 on eBay. As the video comes to a close, the pair purchases their haul for $470.

In the third and final part of the series, Aimee and Korbin sit down to discuss their purchases and answer questions from viewers. During the video, Aimee mentions that the homeowner collected video games after struggling with the loss of a loved one. The pair go on to say they estimate the collection to be worth over $100,000 in total and that they brought home "a little over $20,000 in value."

The series has received a relatively large number of dislikes on YouTube, with some viewers questioning the ethics of reselling and accusing Aimee and Korbin of taking advantage of the late homeowner's family. "Your dislikes are going up," one commenter wrote. "You took advantage of him. a true gamer wouldn’t of done this." Aimee offers her outlook on the situation, saying, "don't just look at it as value, look at it as, we're saving these video games, we're saving a piece of history and we're saving a piece of this guy's heart."
