DC Universe released a trailer for the three-episode finale, which will be released simultaneously on Tuesday, August 27. As more of the galaxy falls under the Anti-Life Equation's influence, Superboy takes the lead, while Beast Boy battles for his life against Granny Goodness.
With Lex Luthor and Deathstroke tracking the Outsiders movements as the battle escalates, the trailer implies that not every fan-favorite character will make it out of Season 3 alive.
The popular animated series has already been renewed for fourth season by DC Universe, with production reportedly already underway. The current season has dramatically increased the size and scale of the series, as the forces of Apokolips and Darkseid's secret history with Vandal Savage are revealed. With the Justice League incapacitated, it will be up to the Outsiders to save the universe from Darkseid once and for all.
New episodes of Young Justice: Outsiders premiere Tuesdays throughout the summer on DC Universe. The three-episode season finale premieres on August 27.
