It could be the most anticipated trailer of the entire convention, and at long last, it's here: the first look at Young Justice: Outsiders has arrived.

Arriving online shortly after its debut at the Young Justice panel at Comic-Con International, the first look at the long anticipated third season of the fan-favorite show does not disappoint. After an extended recap of the previous season's key events, it swings into Artemis' world without Wally. From there, we see dozens of cuts from upcoming episodes, setting up Season 3's metahuman trafficking plot, introducing new characters and showcasing returning favorites.

Young Justice originally aired for two seasons, from 2011 to 2013, on Cartoon Network before ending with the epic “Invasion” storyline. After years of lobbying by fans and creators alike, Warner Bros. Animation finally announced in 2017 that the series would return for a third season. Although it was widely assumed Season 3 would air on Cartoon Network alongside Teen Titans Go! and Justice League Action, Warner Bros. revealed in April that Young Justice: Outsiders will instead will join the live-action Titans and Swamp Thing series, as well as an adult-oriented animated Harley Quinn show, on Warner Bros.’ upcoming DC Comics-branded digital platform, DC Universe.

Executive produced by Sam Register, and produced by co-creators Vietti and Greg Weisman, Young Justice: Outsiders will find the teen heroes facing their greatest challenge as they fight meta-human trafficking “and the terrifying threat it creates for a society caught in the crossfire of a genetic arms race spanning the globe and the galaxy.”

Young Justice: Outsiders is planned for 26 episodes, debuting on DC Universe in 2019.
