WARNING: The following contains spoilers for the first four episodes of Y: The Last Man Season 1, now streaming on FX on Hulu.

In Y: The Last Man, Yorick (Ben Schnetzer) is proving to be a man-child every step of the way as Agent 355 (Ashley Romans) tries to take him to Boston for a geneticist to study. She needs to get him there safely so they can figure out why all the males in the world, bar him and his monkey Ampersand, died. However, Yorick is making it hard with his stubborn attitude. Sadly, Yorick makes 355 adhere to Batman's most important rule in "Karen and Benji," but in the process, this law ends up dooming the mission.

Yorick's angry 355 killed the pilots in the other chopper as they left Washington, thinking she's overly sadistic in how she's covering up their tracks as they seek a cure. He does not understand that she can't leave loose ends as it'll cause people to hunt him and could lead to upheaval against President Jennifer Brown's (his mother) cabinet.

They try to discuss the way forward in the woods with Yorick making it clear he'll abide by her rules once she doesn't kill. 355 is angry because Yorick is so self-centered and privileged when she should obviously call the shots. It leads to a wild scene when she's about to shoot some scavengers looking to rob them, only for Yorick with his gas mask to run out and shoo them away with a stick.

355 can't believe it as he could have exposed them, plus leaving them alive means they could return with help. She knows she has to pacify him now as they end up at a market to garner resources, eyeing a motorbike to speed up their journey as they've ditched the chopper. There, Yorick once more ruins the plan when he hallucinates his girlfriend, Beth. He tries to follow the woman but ends up accosted by four of the market's cops who unmask him.

They're stunned to know a man's alive, but just as they're about to take him, 355 arrives and beats them down. She's stymied by sticking to Yorick's rule, though, and eventually, they get on the bike and flee. It's not smart because as the duo argue and hit the road, the cops could send the calvary after them.

Once word gets out over the radio, people will be monitoring the roadways at all junctures. More so, they know Yorick's jacket-and-mask costume, so 355 really should have killed the cops to hide the truth. Only time will tell how the secret's spilled and who spots them, but by not killing, like how the Dark Knight always touts, Yorick and 355 have painted massive targets on their back.
