While the price point for Series X is still unknown, a recent leak from Windows Central, which also included the design and price for Series S, suggests it will retail for $499.

A representative from Xbox first alluded to Series S in December, saying, "The name we’re carrying forward to the next generation is simply Xbox. And at The Game Awards you saw that name come to life through the Xbox Series X." In a separate statement, the rep elaborated on this clarification noting, "Similar to what fans have seen with previous generations, the name ‘Xbox Series X’ allows room for additional consoles in the future."

Xbox Series X and S go on sale Nov. 10 from Microsoft.
