Interest for Microsoft's Xbox Series X/S has been so high amongst eager gamers, the company has described the floods of pre-orders for the next-generation consoles as "record-breaking demand." Now, Microsoft is promising fans who may have missed out can "expect more consoles" come Nov. 10.Reflecting on the sheer demand via the official Xbox Twitter account, the company shared, "We are humbled by the record-breaking demand for Xbox Series X and S. Huge thanks to everyone for the excitement. If you weren't successful today be sure to sign up with retailers for updates, and expect more consoles to be available on November 10."RELATED: PlayStation 5 vs. Xbox Series X: Which Is The Better Value?

Many gamers struggled to find retailers with any stock for both the Xbox Series X/S after the consoles became available for pre-order. Xbox's assurance of an influx of new consoles will probably alleviate some anxiety for those unable to secure a pre-order. When pre-orders went live, it didn't take long for the Xbox Series X to fly to Amazon's top spot in both the United States and the United Kingdom following a surge of fans attempting to obtain a console for themselves -- although it appears as though many may have accidentally ordered themselves an Xbox One X instead.

Xbox Series X/S will be arriving on Nov. 10 from Microsoft. Preorders are currently available with Series X going for $499 and Series S for $299.
