For many X-Men fans, a big upside of getting Disney+ was the inclusion of all the X-Men cartoons, most notably, X-Men: The Animated Series. However, the streaming service left in a bizarre mistake.Earlier on Twitter, user @lostthenumbers pointed out the error in the episode, "The Phoenix Saga Part III - Cry of the Banshee."RELATED: What Made X-Men: The Animated Series So Unique (And Why it Couldn't Last)

This "cut out these frames" message appears exclusively on the Disney+ version of the show, not the DVD releases. It also allegedly only appears in certain episodes.

This isn't the first error Disney+'s X-Men: The Animated Series has faced either. When the streaming service launched, folks noticed that the X-Men: The Animated Series episodes were placed in a strange order, causing many fans to create "viewing guides" for the streaming service's rendition of the show.

Most of the early episodes were placed in the correct order, but from Season 3 onwards, things got a little weird. The episode order from 3x07 onwards wasn't the airdate order nor the script order, but a brand new one. Other shows like Darkwing Duck and Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes also experienced strange episode ordering in Disney+'s early days.
