Another Quicksilver may have joined Marvel Studios' WandaVision, in a manner of speaking.

According to Murphy's Multiverse, X-Men star Evan Peters has joined WandaVision in an as-yet unspecified role. Peters is perhaps best known for his role as Peter Maximoff, aka Quicksilver, from X-Men: Days of Future Past, X-Men: Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix.

Despite Disney's buyout of Fox, which previously owned the rights to the X-Men franchise, Peters will probably take on a new role in WandaVision. As it stands, Aaron Johnson is rumored to reprise his Avengers: Age of Ultron role as Pietro Maximoff, the Marvel Cinematic Universe's late Quicksilver.

In addition to his work on X-Men, Peters had major roles in American Horror Story and Kick-Ass. His previous credits also include The Office, One Tree Hill, Invasion and Phil of the Future. On WandaVision, he joins MCU stars Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany.

WandaVision stars Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch, Paul Bettany as Vision, Randall Park as Agent Jimmy Woo, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau and Kathryn Hahn. The limited series debuts on Disney+ in December.
