X-Men: Apocalypse star Olivia Munn showed off her Psylocke sword skills in a new video.
The actor posted the demonstration on Twitter, writing, "This is why we can't have nice things. I found my Psylocke sword." Munn can be seen spinning the sword with impressive speed and control until she accidentally hits the wall behind her.Â
Created by writer Chris Claremont and artist Herb Trimpe, Psylocke first appeared in Captain Britain #8 and joined the world of the X-Men in 1986 in New Mutants Annual #2. She has telekinetic and telepathic powers but is best-known for her ability to construct weapons made of psychic energy.
In X-Men: Apocalypse, Psylocke serves as one of the Four Horsemen of Apocalypse. She survives the final battle and was set to appear in the follow-up Dark Phoenix before backing out due to scheduling conflicts.
