Marvel Comics has given CBR an exclusive preview of X-Men Legends #6, by Peter David, Todd Nauck, Rachelle Rosenberg and VC's Joe Caramagna. And in the preview, one key member of X-Factor finds herself in huge danger.

The story, which takes place between 1992's X-Factor #75 and #76, sees Alex Summers/Havok forced to take the stand at a hearing about his actions outside of the Latverian Embassy, which saw him destroy a police car. Much of the preview focuses on a flashback of Havok and X-Factor attempting to save Rahne Sinclair/Wolfsbane, who has been tied to a cross.
