The HBO Max list of "Last Chance to Catch: Select Titles Leaving HBO Max in May" finds the last day to stream X-Men First Class and Dark Phoenix is May 31. Some other notable titles also leaving HBO Max on May 31 includes 2019's CatsJustice League: Gods and Monsters, the Matrix trilogy, 1995's Mortal Kombat and the first three Scream films.

Disney+ currently has a collection of X-Men films under its "Marvel Legacy Movies" banner, along with 2005's Fantastic Four and the 2015 reboot. Disney owns the rights to the X-Men and Fantastic Four film franchises after it acquired 20th Century Fox in 2019. Fans will have to wait and see if X-Men: First Class and Dark Phoenix make their way to Disney+ after they leave HBO Max.
