X-Men: First Class, Conan, The Boys: July 19th Comic Reel

Forces of Geek may have discovered the character Kevin Bacon will play in the film. "One of our FOG! Agents from across the pond has revealed that Kevin Bacon's role in the upcoming X-Men: First Class is that of Sebastian Shaw, leader of the Hellfire Club,"they write. In an unusual turn of events, we know an actor will be a film without knowing the character he will play. I speculated last week he could be anyone from the Shadow King to Apocalypse. The Hellfire Club isn't outside the realm of possibility.

Release date: June 3rd, 2011

Oh boy, it's going to be a big Comic-Con based on all the pre-show work we've been doing behind the scenes here at CBR. With more panel, press conferences and locations than ever before, there's going to be lots to report. If you have done so already, feel free to follow me on Twitter as I do update there more often during convention time. Meanwhile, if any of you in the great, wide Internet discover something awesome, disheartening, or just plain weird, let us know! Take credit, come up with a clever nickname, or go anonymous. The choice is yours. Fresh rumors and movie news every weekday morning. I am Erik Amaya bracing for the future threat of walking the Gaslamp.
