Although Charles Xavier died in the opening issue of Benjamin Percy and Joshua Cassara's X-Force, the mutant leader has returned, and he's looking to make sure Krakoa's enemies pay, while also protecting the island nation.

Marvel Comics has given CBR an exclusive preview of X-Force #4, which convenes the Quiet Council to discuss exactly how to proceed following Xavier's assassination and resurrection and the function of the title team, with Jean Grey arguing that Krakoa isn't as "invulnerable" as it seems. Over the course of the conversation, Mystique suggests the new group sounds like Krakoa's version of the Central Intelligence Agency, which she says with disdain. The Quiet Council's reaction to her statement isn't shown. You can see the exclusive preview below along with the solicitation text for the issue.
