If you long for the halcyon days of WWF’s Golden Era and LEGO, then you’re going to want to vote for this retro WWF concept currently available on the LEGO Ideas site.
For those that are unaware, LEGO Ideas allows fans to submit proposals for concepts they would like the company to turn into actual sets available for purchase. Fans vote on the idea they like best, and those that get the most support have the potential to be turned into actual products.
The WWF Wrestling: The Golden Era set would feature some of the most iconic wrestlers of all time, including Hulk Hogan, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, The Ultimate Warrior, “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase, Jake “The Snake” Roberts and “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair.
The set would also include a wrestling ring, complete with an old-school WWF logo on the canvas, a backstage TV production room and a backstage locker. Finally, the set would come with announcer“Mean” Gene Okerlund and cameraman minifigure for the full WWF experience.
At the time of writing, the idea has earned 1,013 supporters and has 333 days left for voting.
