While WrestleMania 36 is still months away, WWE has already started making plans for WrestleMania 37.

On Twitter, WWE revealed Los Angeles' new sporting venue, SoFi Stadium, will officially host WrestleMania 37 on March 28, 2021. This marks the first return of the WWE's signature pay-per-view event to the City of Angels since 2005's WrestleMania 21 in the Staples Center as part of its Showcase of the Immortals. The marquee annual event sees the biggest names in the WWE battling for the professional wrestling brand's various championship titles, serving as the culmination of longstanding storylines while setting up a new status quo for WWE.

SoFi Stadium is a $5 billion sporting venue, constructed as the home of the NFL team the Los Angeles Rams after their move to the city from St. Louis, with the facility scheduled to open in July.

WrestleMania 37 will be a week-long event featuring the induction of the next class of WWE Superstars into the company's Hall of Fame, as well as WWE and sister brand NXT hosting events at SoFi Stadium, the Staples Center and Los Angeles Convention Center as part of the annual festivities.
