Wrestling fans may have already forgotten, but Bianca Belair made her official main roster debut dating on the Monday Night Raw following WrestleMania 36. Unfortunately, despite her perfect debut, WWE has done absolutely nothing with her since, and the reasoning behind her prolonged absence is even more baffling.

According to Dave Meltzer, Belair simply didn't "fit" into WWE's plans for the Street Profits and Viking Raiders feud. However, even if that logic were to fly, that still doesn't explain why she's not helping out the floundering Raw Women's Division -- or why she was even brought up in the first place if WWE Creative wasn't going to use her.

WWE seemed to establish a healthy feud for Bianca once she rushed to the assistance of the Street Profits at WrestleMania 36 against Zelina Vega and her associates. With the Street Profits feuding with Austin Theory and Angel Garza, Bianca could focus on Zelina Vega and create a nice first rivalry. But for whatever reason, this feud didn't last long and The Street Profits moved onto The Viking Raiders, leaving Bianca with nothing from Creative.

While Belair's inclusion into the ridiculous comedy sketches between The Street Profits and Viking Raiders was certainly not needed, Creative completely dropping her character hasn't exactly helped either. As dumb as those "competitions" were, including Bianca in them would surely have been better than erasing her altogether. She could have cheered on her husband, Montez Ford, or even participated in the friendly competitions as well. Instead, WWE simply shelved the character, which begs the question, "Why did they even bother to call Bianca Belair up in the first place?"

Bianca Belair's big main roster arrival and disappearance is something that will hopefully change under the Bruce Prichard regime. It's clear that Paul Heyman didn't have any idea what to do with her once she arrived on Raw and that absolutely nothing was planned after her feud with Zelina Vega. That indicates a complete lack of long-term booking on the part of WWE Management. Unfortunately, this is nothing new for NXT call-ups, and now the incredible talent of Bianca Belair is being wasted.

What's worse is that WWE's Women's Division isn't exactly on fire right now. Becky Lynch's pregnancy should have created multiple opportunities for rising talent to thrive on Raw, so there is absolutely no excuse not to have anything ready for Bianca Belair. One would think that Creative could just come up with something for fresh, new talent, but its inability to do so is all the more telling. Yet, Monday Night Raw continues to trudges forward -- after all, WWE would rather push Charlotte and the remaining Four Horsewomen anyway.

Even if Bianca Belair was relegated to the lower card of the Raw Women's Division with Charlotte forever cemented at the top, at least her presence on Mondays would breathe some fresh life into the division. The WWE Universe is tired of seeing only Charlotte, Nia Jax and perhaps even Asuka every single week. Fans want some new characters. Bianca Belair is a new face that can only help the Raw Women's Division whether she's booked to the top of the card or not, which is why her absence is so infuriating.

However, as annoying as Bianca's sidelining has been, there are some easy solutions. She could be included in a backstage segment with the Street Profits to remind the fans that she still exists, or be booked to show off her skills in an actual wrestling match again. Bianca could always squash some local wrestler or resume her feud with Zelina Vega. If nothing else, she can manage the Street Profits until a more prominent feud for her presents itself. A more drastic solution could even see WWE trading her to SmackDown.

Regardless of what WWE eventually does with Bianca Belair, the fact remains that the writers, producers and Vince McMahon himself clearly had no idea what to do with her when she was called up months ago, and that's completely inexcusable. That points to a total lack of planning at a time when the Women's Division is as listless as ever. Bianca Belair has the potential to be a major star in the future -- that is, of course if the EST of WWE can suffer through the W.O.R.S.T. of WWE's substandard booking.
