WWE has terminated NXT Tag Team Champion Nash Carter (real name Zachary Green, one half of MSK) following domestic abuse allegations from his wife, fellow professional wrestler Kimberly Green (formerly Kimberly Frankele, known by her ring name Kimber Lee)."Hey NXT, this is my face after your tag champ Nash Carter got wasted and hit me so hard he split my lip open," Lee tweeted, along with a pair of photos showing her wounded face. "He told me I’m a wrestler so I’m always marked up. I’ve hid this for a year and even forgave him. But I can’t hide it anymore." Nash's termination was confirmed by Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp, though WWE has yet to officially offer a comment on the matter. Dave Meltzer swiftly corroborated Sapp's report.

Lee also shared a photo of Nash giving a Nazi salute with his facial hair groomed to look like Adolf Hitler. "Just another look into the kind of person Nash Carter is...." she wrote. "NXT, WWE, I’ve hid so much for so long because I was so mentally abused. Not to mention the countless anti LGBTQIA+ statements him and his family make….. I was so ridiculously brainwashed. So manipulated. And it’s finally over. I will never allow myself to be abused like this again."

Complicating matters is a tweet from the wife of Carter's tag team partner Wes Lee (real name Deveon Aiken). "Y’all... Kimber Lee got served divorce papers by Nash on Monday," Queen E. Marie wrote. "He’s been done with her. She’s mad that this is all happening so she’s turning to Twitter because she’s outraged that he doesn’t want to be with her anymore. It really is that simple… And let me not forget to mention that when she got served those papers she was so upset that she ripped up ALL of Nashs’ posters (one of a kind ones with other wrestlers’ signatures, etc). This is a case of an enraged soon-to-be ex-wife who feels she’s entitled to alimony…"

Carter signed with WWE in 2020, while Lee was signed from 2016-2018 before returning to the independent circuit.
