Lionsgate is wrapping up a deal for the North American rights to "By Way of Helena," a Western starring Woody Harrelson and Liam Hemsworth, Deadline reports.

Directed by Kieran Darcy-Smith ("Wish You Were Here") from a 2009 Blacklist script by Matt Cook, the film follows a Texas Ranger (Hemsworth) as he investigates a series of unexplained deaths in a town called Helena. Harrelson plays Abraham Brant, a minister who has the residents in his grip.

William Hurt, Alice Braga, William Sadler and Emory Cohen also star.
