A renowned Wonder Woman cosplayer shared her outstanding take on elements from both the comics and Zack Snyder's planned Justice League trilogy.Lis.Wonder, whose uncanny resemblance to Gal Gadot lends itself to Wonder Woman cosplay, shared photos of her take on Jim Lee's drawings from the storyboards for Snyder's original Justice League plans merged with elements from a popular "God of War" rendition of Diana Prince -- specifically the version drawn by artist Marcio Abreu.
The storyboards for Snyder's would-be Justice League 2 and 3 surfaced just before the release of Zack Snyder's Justice League on HBO Max. Among the things fans learned from the storyboards was there were plans for a Legion of Doom consisting of Lex Luthor, Captain Cold, Ocean Master, Black Manta, The Riddler and Dr. Poison. Moreover, the trilogy would have culminated with Lois Lane giving birth to Bruce Wayne's child, who'd go on to become the next Batman.
"It was going to be Lois and Superman’s son," Snyder said. "He doesn’t have any powers, and then he was going to end up being the new Batman. Twenty years later, on the anniversary of [Batman’s] death, they take young Bruce Kent down to the Batcave and they say, 'Your Uncle Bruce would’ve been proud if you did this.'"
Zack Snyder's Justice League was released on HBO Max in March 2021 after four years of campaigning by DC Extended Universe fans. "The decision to leave was 100 percent mine," Snyder said when asked if he stepped down from Justice League in 2017 on his own or if Warner Bros. used the death of his daughter to force him off. "I knew the fight that I was in for with them. And my family needed me, and I needed them. I was in a struggle at home, and then to go to my place of work and be in a second struggle there seemed like an outrageous thing to do to myself and my loved ones."
Zack Snyder's Justice League is now streaming on HBO Max. Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman is poised to return in Wonder Woman 3, which has yet to receive a release date.
