A new extended TV spot for the film has now aired internationally, bringing with it more action-packed footage framed by a voiceover from Wonder Woman herself. The spot shows Wonder Woman in action as she ventures into the world of man for the first time, although it still refrains from revealing exactly who the movie's main villain is. The toys, on the other hand, have potentially revealed who Wonder Woman will be facing.

Based on a screenplay by Allan Heinberg and Geoff Johns from a story by Heinberg and Zack Snyder, “Wonder Woman” follows the Amazon princess who, after discovering the body of American fighter pilot Steve Trevor washed ashore washed ashore on Themyscira, sets out to bring an early end to World War I.

Opening June 2, “Wonder Woman” stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, Lucy Davis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Saïd Taghmaoui, Ewen Bremner, Lisa Loven Kongsli and David Thewlis.
