The wonderful movie is about to reach a figure that most movies strive for, but not many achieve: $400 million domestically. Wonder Woman has already passed the prior entries of the DC Extended Universe, which includes Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad.

When Wonder Woman is set to pass the original Spider-Man movie from 2002 as the 6th-highest domestic grossing superhero movie of all time. Forbes noted that this will mean the only films that have grossed higher domestically have starred Iron Man or Batman.

Since Wonder Woman premiered on June 2, it has surprised fans and critics alike to just how well it has performed. Gal Gadot, who plays the titular character, was subject to a lot of speculation and criticism prior to the movie -- but topping $790 million worldwide, evidently, skeptics were proven wrong.
