As Wonder Woman 1984 continues principal photography in London, new set photos show star Gal Gadot sporting a new look in her civilian persona as Diana Prince.
Posted by Instagram user C.Y. Lin, the photos show Gadot in costume on set, enjoying a cup of coffee between filming scenes on location.
The upcoming DCEU sequel, which moved filming to London earlier this month after beginning principal photography in Washington, D.C. over the summer, follows the adventures of the titular DC Comics superhero as she confronts the deadly Cheetah in the 1980s.
Previous set photos from the London shoot showed Kristen Wiig's Barbara Minerva fighting off attackers in Hyde Park, presumably after she obtains her powers as Cheetah. Filming on the sequel is expected to continue through next month with over a year of post-production scheduled after the release date was pushed back to the summer of 2020 to capitalize on the more competitive box office period.
Directed by Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman 1984 stars Gal Gadot as Diana, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Kristen Wiig as Barbara Minerva/Cheetah, Pedro Pascal, and Natasha Rothwell. The film opens on June 5, 2020.
