Gal Gadot is showing off her impressive fighting and training regime for the upcoming Wonder Woman 1984.Gadot shared a video on Twitter of her seemingly preparing for Wonder Woman 1984. Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins is returning to helm Wonder Woman 1984. Filming on the sequel is currently underway in London, so it makes sense that Gadot is making sure she's in fighting shape for her return as Wonder Woman. Jenkins promises that Wonder Woman 1984 will be very different from the first movie — at least in part because of its massive time jump.

Kristen Wiig is already confirmed as playing Barbara Minerva/Cheetah, the movie's main villain. Elsewhere, there are rumors that Pedro Pascal is playing a God in disguise or another possible enemy of Diana.

After joining the DCEU in 2016 with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Gadot went on to star in her own standalone film. Following its critical and commercial success, a Wonder Woman sequel was fast-tracked into production. The release date for Wonder Woman 1984 has been pushed back seven months to June 2020
