The first teaser poster for Wonder Woman 1984 was spotted on June 3 at the 2019 Licensing Expo in Las Vegas. It features a new glimpse of the movie's official 1980s-inspired logo, which had been previously released. Additionally, we finally get a new shot of the titular superhero in costume. By the look of this teaser poster, it appears as if Diana's outfit will be quite similar to the one seen in 2017's Wonder Woman and Zack Snyder's Justice League.

While a trailer for the film has yet to be released, footage was already screened during last April's CinemaCon, which featured Kristen Wiig's new villain, the Cheetah, in action, as well as the full scope of Diana's superpowers.

Although the movie appears to be a sequel to Jenkins' 2017 origin story, Wonder Woman 1984 isn't actually described as such. Instead, it's meant to depict "the next iteration of Wonder Woman," according to producer Charles Roven.
