A recently released still-image from Wonder Woman: 1984 shows Diana taking down bad guys with just a hint of humor.

Fandango recently released its "Top Movies of 2020," and, of course, the DC sequel made the list. The image features a cheeky Wonder Woman holding a (presumed) bad guy upside-down while motioning to someone to keep quiet.

The upcoming Wonder Woman sequel leaves behind the World War One era for the '80s and the age of excess. The trailer showcased a fight scene in a mall and was set to New Order’s “Blue Monday,” a classic song from the decade.

Wonder Woman 1984 is the sequel to 2017's Wonder Woman, and will be the ninth installment in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU) continuity. (Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn, which releases on Feb. 7, 2020, will be the eighth.) It will mark Wonder Woman's fourth appearance in the DCEU, following her debut in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Justice League and her solo film.

Directed by Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman 1984 stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Kristen Wiig as Barbara Minerva/Cheetah, Pedro Pascal as Maxwell Lord and Natasha Rothwell. The film opens June 5, 2020.
