X-23, aka Laura Kinney, was another attempt at the Weapons Plus Program obtaining a living weapon in the style of Wolverine. However, she would also defect and join the X-Men like Logan. She became a loyal member of the team and even took up the mantle of Wolverine after Logan himself apparently died in a coffin made of Adamantium.
