Wilson and Poots Rumored to Join Crowe's 'Roadies' Pilot

Imogen Poots and Luke Wilson are close to finalizing deals to star in Roadies, a Showtime pilot from executive producer Cameron Crowe, TheWrap reports. The news comes from undisclosed sources, as the cable channel had no comment on the actors' involvement.

While details about Poots and Wilson's roles are unknown, the pilot will focus on the behind-the-scenes goings on of a touring rock 'n' roll band.

The series comes from Bad Robot and Warner Bros. TV, and has Winnie Holzman (My So-Called Life) attached as a showrunner and executive producer. Crowe, J.J. Abrams and Bryan Burk will also serve as EPs. Kathy Lingg, who previously worked on NBC's Revolution, will co-executive produce.
