Marvel Studios and Edgar Wright's "Ant Man" might be closer to seeing the light of the silver screen than originally projected. According to Latino Review, "Ant Man" may be set to take over Marvel's London production branch once "Thor: The Dark World" wraps. This would make it a prime candidate for 2014 release, allowing the film to join "Guardians of the Galaxy" and "Captain America: The Winter Solider" as the third in-continuity Marvel Cinematic Universe film for the year. If this happens, "Ant Man" would likely be in competition with Wright's "The World's End" starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. However, production hasn't yet begun on the film, and if "Ant Man" is set to release in 2014, post-production on "The World's End" would likely overlap with the Marvel Phase Two film.

Latino Review has proven itself reliable when it comes to information on Marvel Studios' films, most recently breaking the news that Marvel's next major film was "Guardians of the Galaxy" well before the official Comic-Con International announcement. In fact, Latino Review has been so reliable as of late that Marvel Enterprises VP of Loss Prevention Robert Grosser sent a letter to the website asking for information about "the dissemination of confidential, non-public information concerning 'Iron Man 3' and 'Guardians of the Galaxy.'" If Latino Review's "Ant Man" rumor proves true, it seems likely Marvel Studios has not yet found its leak.
