It looks like The Wild Storm could be getting ready to reintroduce the superhero team Gen13 in the appropriately numbered issue #13.

According to DC Comics' April 2018 solicitations, Warren Ellis and Jon Davis-Hunt are bringing John Lynch into the reinvented Wilstorm Universe they established in 2017. In the original Wildstorm continuity, he was the leader of International Operations, and was later brought into the DC Universe proper during the New 52.

The official synopsis for DC Comics' The Wild Storm #13 appears to be teasing the existence of powerful former test subjects Lynch had a hand in creating. Given his close relationship to Gen13 -- he was the man who released them from containment in the original Wildstorm continuity -- it's very likely that Lynch's "most successful experiments" is the teenage superhero team.

Created by Jim Lee, Brandon Choi, and J. Scott Campbell in the 1990s, the team has not been seen in the years since Wildstorm's shutdown. Caitlin Fairchild, the leader of the group, spent some time in the DCU, but the team's other members have not been seen in quite some time.
