Seven character posters for The Wheel of Time, featuring Moiraine, Lan, Nynaeve, Egwene, Rand, Mat and Perrin, have been released -- but there's more to these portraits than meets the eye.The images were shared on the Prime Video series' official Twitter, following a note about reaching a milestone number of followers, thanking fans for their support so far. "A few ta'veren together may move the Pattern," the tweet reads, referencing the lore of The Wheel of Time, "but our fans move us every single day." The seven new posters followed, and can be seen below.RELATED: The Wheel of Time Channels a New Trailer with an Immersive 3-D ExperienceThe characters are all centered with different outdoor scenes behind them, and different predominating colors. However, in every poster there is the shape of a sun or a full moon directly above the character's head. Each poster was captioned with the new hashtag emojis attached to the character's name, plus a few words of description. For instance, Perrin is called "The careful blacksmith" and Egwene is "The gifted protégé," while Nynaeve's caption is "The stubborn Wisdom."RELATED: The Wheel of Time: New Promo Sets the Path for Moiraine's QuestOne aspect of the digital posters isn't visible to the naked eye, and wasn't openly pointed out by The Wheel of Time Twitter. However, in response to a fan's tweet, a link was posted to downloadable PDF versions of all of the posters, and some were able to "decode" the images to find a hidden layer in each one. These layers revealed an alternate version of the portraits, in which bright streaks of color surrounded the central figures, apparently representing weaves of the One Power. The light forms in different shapes around each character, with Rand being fully encircled by it and Nynaeve at the center of a sunburst. In Perrin's poster, the weaves outline the head of a howling wolf. Furthermore, when placed side by side, the seven posters can be matched up by a strand of the Power that moves through all of them.

This isn't the first time that promotion for The Wheel of Time has included interacting directly with fans on social media. Recently, a new motion poster featuring Lan and Moiraine was released in a series of puzzle pieces that had to be pieced together to be fully revealed.

The Wheel of Time, based on the epic fantasy book series by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson, will premiere on Prime Video on November 19. Season 2 of the show is currently in production.
