Confirming reports of Scream 4 reshoots, director Wes Craven took to Twitter over the weekend to wish his fans "Greetings from 'sunny' Detroit!" and to reveal a surprise cameo: Community and Mad Men star Alison Brie.

"@AlisonBrie gets ready for her close-up," Craven wrote on Sunday, including a link to the image below. She joins a sprawling ensemble cast that includes returning franchise stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, plus Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Mary McDonnell, Rory Culkin, Anthony Anderson, Adam Brody, Marley Shelton, Nico Tortorella, Marielle Jaffe, Kristen Bell, Anna Paquin, Lucy Hale, Shanae Grimes, Aimee Teegarden and Brittany Robertson.

Scream 4 opens on April 15.

Here's the official synopsis, courtesy of Dimension Films:

In Scream 4, Sidney Prescott, now the author of a self-help book, returns home to Woodsboro on the last stop of her book tour. There she reconnects with Sheriff Dewey and Gale, who are now married, as well as her cousin Jill (played by Emma Roberts) and her Aunt Kate (Mary McDonnell). Unfortunately Sidney’s appearance also brings about the return of Ghostface, putting Sidney, Gale, and Dewey, along with Jill, her friends, and the whole town of Woodsboro in danger.
