Wes Bentley, who has a recurring role on FX "American Horror Story: Freak Show," will return for "Hotel."

Thrilled to announce Wes Bentley will be a series regular on AHS: Hotel," showrunner Ryan Murphy announced this morning on Twitter.

Bentley joins Lady Gaga, Matt Bomer and Cheyenne Jackson in the fifth season of the hit anthology series. Details about their roles or the premise are closely guarded. Bentley appeared as Edward Mordrake in three episodes of "Freak Show."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kathy Bates will likely return for a third season, while franchise mainstay Evan Peters suggested during PaleyFest that he'll be back.

Production is expected to begin this summer for a late-October premiere.
