WATCHMEN

Directed by Zack Snyder, release date March 6, 2009.

IRON MAN 2

Screenwriter Justin Theroux talked to MTV that there hasn't been any collaboration with other film projects from the House of Ideas. "There's NO dialogue right now -- in a great way," Theroux said. "I think [Marvel Studios President] Kevin Feige just wants to make sure we can make the best movie that we can make. But that being said, Kevin is in all the meetings for all the movies, and is the sort of connective tissue -- the neurons if you will -- running between the meetings. Making sure all the things can be connected."

Directed by Jon Favreau, release date: May 7, 2010.

HEROES

CBR News has the latest installment of their "Behind the Eclipse" interviews with writers/producers Aron Coliete and Joe Pokaski.

Next episode: December 8, 2008, "Our Father."

GREEN LANTERN

Writer Marc Guggenheim told MTV a little about the movie and a possible visitor from Smallville. "This morning, we sat down to talk Green Lantern," Guggenheim said, "and we ended up riffing for an hour and a half on another, much more obscure character. Sometimes, you just have to roll with it when inspiration strikes, you know? I'm sure the studio wouldn't be happy about it, but we're not going to blow the deadline. We'll get it in."

Release date in 2010.
