Three weeks from today, the second season premiere of "Gotham" will air on Fox -- and two minutes of it are available to be viewed right now online, featuring Jerome, the show's likely pre-Joker (Cameron Monaghan) giving some advice on the Arkham Asylum lifestyle to Barbara (Erin Richards).
