Roger Corman's unreleased 1994 Fantastic Four film holds an almost mythical status among comic fans. Shot over the course of 28 days for just $1 million simply so producer Bernd Eichinger could retain the film rights to the Marvel Comics property, the movie is legendary for its low production values and high levels of camp, despite only ever being circulated on bootlegged VHS tapes and DVDs, and now online.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the film, Marty Langford and Mark Sikes have produced Doomed! The Untold Story of Roger Corman's The Fantastic Four, a documentary that promises to "shed new light on the mysterious circumstances surrounding this legendary cult classic and 'lost' Roger Corman film."

Among the people interviewed are actors Alex Hyde-White, Rebecca Staab, Jay Underwood, Carl Ciarfalio, Michael Bailey Smith, Kat Green and Joseph Culp, director Oley Sassone and, of course, Corman himself. Although there's no release date yet for Doomed!, there is a trailer, which you can watch below.
