After debuting the trailer for "The Conjuring 2," the follow up to his 2013 hit, producer James Wan released a trailer for another New Line Cinema horror he is producing -- "Lights Out." Directed by David F. Sandberg, and based on a prior short film from Sandberg, "Lights Out" tells the tale of a group of people haunted by a dark figure from the past that only moves and can be seen when the lights... are not on. Starring Teresa Palmer, Gabriel Bateman, Alexander DiPersia, Billy Burke and Maria Bello, "Lights Out" will be released in theaters July 22, and is rated PG-13.
