"X-Men: Apocalypse" star James MacAvoy detailed how Professor X and Michael Fassbender's Magneto had to fight a man too stupid to mind control in a scene cut from "X-Men: First Class" during an interview with IGN for his upcoming film "Victor Frankenstein."

"There was actually a scene in 'X-Men: First Class' where we come up against somebody so dumb that I can't mind bend him. We end up actually having to have a real deal fight with him, me and Magneto, because there's no metal in the room either," McAvoy shared.

"We end up just having a fight with this guy who was seven foot six or something like that," he continued, "And we kill him by shoving a bear's head over his head. It was weird... We twisted it and broke his neck and I said something like, 'I couldn't bear that man.'"

Directed by Bryan Singer and starring McAvoy as Professor X, "X-Men: Apocalypse" opens on May 27, 2016.
