Like virtually every episode "SNL," NBC's big “Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary Special” was too long -- seriously, three and a half hours? -- filled with its share of duds and served as a reminder that show was better way back ... whenever (as long as "whenever" wasn't Season 6).

There were high points, of course, including the "Celebrity Jeopardy" reunion of Will Ferrell and Darrell Hammond, and, depending much on your fondness for "Wayne's World," the return of Mike Myers and Dana Carvey as Wayne and Garth.

However, I think we can all agree the absolute best moment -- at least after that weird Chevy Chase red-carpet interview -- was Bill Murray slipping into a crushed-velvet jacket for lounge singer Nick Ocean's moving rendition of the lost love theme to "Jaws." Unfortunately, it was followed by a Blue Brothers performance by Dan Aykroyd and Jim Belushi, but, it was glorious while it lasted.

Watch Murray's performance below, and the rest of the highlights on the "SNL" YouTube page.
