Actor Kat Dennings said she'd love to reunite with her WandaVision co-star Randall Park for a series centered on their characters, Dr. Darcy Lewis and FBI Agent Jimmy Woo-- a project that

"It's always up to the powers that be," Dennings told Heroic Hollywood. "I think they took notice of all the comments. I would do it in a heartbeat."

During the same conversation, Dennings also revealed that she'd love to reprise the role of Darcy in another Thor film. Prior to appearing in WandaVision, Dennings portrayed the character in Thor (2011) and Thor: The Dark World (2013). She also made an uncredited cameo in 2019's Avengers: Endgame.

WandaVision saw Darcy and Agent Woo team up in an attempt to unravel the mystery of Wanda's television universe. The unexpected team-up resulted in fans asking Marvel Studios to consider making a spinoff centered on the duo. Actor Stephen Ford even went as far as pitching his idea for a spinoff to Marvel Studios on Twitter back in February.

Ford tweeted at the time, "We might have actually opened some doors on my Jimmy Woo X-Files idea. I'm spending the weekend writing the pitch. Can't express how much of an underdog I am in this scenario so get too excited but cross your fingers and thanks to everyone who made it possible."

Dennings previously shared that Marvel didn't tell her what she was signing up for when they called her about joining a new series for Disney+. In fact, Dennings shared during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, "I got cold-called by Marvel, and I was just like, 'Yeah, of course, whatever you want, I'll do it...I knew these Disney+ shows were kind of coming out. I didn't know which one this could be, so I was a little bit surprised because my character had no contact with anyone in the WandaVision world."

Dennings also teased that she has already signed on to return as Darcy in some other Marvel projects, noting, "There are some things I’ve done for Marvel that are coming out...but I probably can't say."

Kat Dennings stars as Darcy Lewis alongside Randall Park as Agent Jimmy Woo in WandaVision. The series was written by Jac Schaeffer and directed by Matt Shakman and stars Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Paul Bettany as Vision, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau and Kathryn Hahn as Agnes. The series is available to stream now on Disney+.
