After being shut down by the coronavirus, WandaVision is heading back to Los Angeles for more filming.

The news came from the Tampa Bay Comic Convention, which announced that Vision actor Paul Bettany had to cancel an appearance so he could film the Marvel Cinematic Universe series.

"We finally received word from Paul Bettany's representation, and unfortunately Paul had to cancel his appearance at TBCC this year due being called back by Disney for WandaVision filming in July, in Los Angeles," the post read. "We're working on guest additions!"

WandaVision shut down production in mid-March along with fellow Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. In early May, it was reported that the series had finished filming and the VFX work. While this new filming announcement could dispute that report, it is also possible that the series is undergoing reshoots.

WandaVision stars Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch, Paul Bettany as Vision, Randall Park as Agent Jimmy Woo, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau and Kathryn Hahn. The limited series debuts on Disney+ in December.
